41-845. Unlawful reproduction of original archaeological specimen No person shall reproduce, retouch, rework or forge any archaeological, paleontological or historical object, deriving its principal value from its antiquity, or make any object, whether copied or not, or falsely label, describe, identify or offer for sale or exchange any object, with intent to represent the same to be an original and genuine archaeological, paleontological or historical specimen, nor shall any person offer for sale or exchange any object with knowledge that it has previously been collected or excavated in violation of any of the terms of this article.
