41-749. Administrative leave; reporting A. A state agency head shall report to the director if an employee is placed on administrative leave with pay during the investigation of alleged wrongdoing by the employee when the employee's administrative leave totals eighty consecutive hours and, thereafter, shall report to the director on a weekly basis until the administrative leave is terminated. B. A state agency head shall obtain approval from the director if an employee's administrative leave with pay exceeds thirty working days.
