41-710.01. Reimbursement of transportation and telecommuting costs; definition A. The director shall adopt rules to provide for the reimbursement of up to one hundred per cent of the cost to state employees of either: 1. Public transportation, vanpool or private bus service to and from their place of employment. 2. Telecommuting connectivity. B. For the purposes of this section, " public transportation" means local transportation of passengers by means of a public conveyance operated or licensed by an incorporated city or town or a regional public transportation authority.
