41-7001. Definitions In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Department" means the state department of corrections. 2. " Director" means the director of the independent correctional oversight office. 3. " Office" means the independent correctional oversight office. 4. " Record" has the same meaning prescribed in section 41-1371.
