41-511.17. Sustainable state parks and roads fund The sustainable state parks and roads fund is established consisting of monies received pursuant to section 43-622. The Arizona state parks board shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated. The Arizona state parks board shall use the monies in the fund to operate, maintain and make capital improvements to buildings, roads, parking lots, highway entrances and any related structure used to operate state parks.
