41-511.01. Compensation and organization of board A. Appointive members of the board shall serve without compensation. B. A majority of the membership of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Members of the board shall select one of themselves its chairman for such term as they determine and may appoint from within their membership other officers for such terms as they deem necessary or desirable. The board shall adopt rules for the conduct of its meetings. A record shall be kept of all proceedings and transactions.
