41-2551. Record of procurement actions A. The director shall maintain a record listing all contracts in excess of an amount to be determined by regulation made under section 41-2536 or 41-2537 for a minimum of five years. The record shall contain: 1. Each contractor's name. 2. The amount and type of each contract. 3. A listing of the materials, services or construction procured under each contract. B. The record shall be available for public inspection.
