41-2420. County jail juvenile improvement fund A. The county jail juvenile improvement fund is established for the purpose of funding the construction of new juvenile beds in county jail facilities in which juveniles will be detained. The Arizona criminal justice commission shall administer the fund. B. Monies in the fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to the lapsing of appropriations.
