41-1832. Exemption from regulation A. Notwithstanding any other statute, persons engaged in and vehicles used for the emergency transportation of persons injured at an industrial site are exempt from the provisions of this chapter. B. Persons engaged in and vehicles used for air transportation of sick or injured people in a noncritical or nonemergency situation as determined by a physician are exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
