41-1719. Sex offender community notification coordinator; duties A. The sex offender community notification coordinator is established in the department of public safety. B. The sex offender community notification coordinator shall: 1. Oversee reimbursement of monies to agencies that perform sex offender community notification. 2. Oversee the Arizona sex offender community notification process.
