41-171. Office; absence from state; salary; seal A. The state treasurer shall keep his office at the capitol and shall not absent himself from this state without first notifying the secretary of state that he is leaving. He is eligible to receive an annual salary pursuant to section 41-1904. B. The secretary of state shall procure and deliver to the treasurer a seal of office containing the words " office of the state treasurer, Arizona" , a description of which shall be retained by the secretary of state in his office.
