41-1627. Fixing prices The department shall fix and determine the prices at which all articles, services or products manufactured or produced shall be furnished or sold. The prices shall be uniform and nondiscriminating to all agencies of this state. The prices may be fixed and determined in any amounts as will permit the articles, services or products to compete on the free market.
