41-1604.20. Graduated intervention policy; guidelines; annual report A. The director shall develop, implement and maintain a graduated intervention policy for offenders who violate a condition of community supervision. The policy must include guidelines for using graduated interventions on an offender who commits a technical violation of a condition of community supervision. B. The department shall prepare and submit an annual report to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives and the president of the senate that details the use of and completion rates for major graduated interventions in the previous year. The department shall provide a copy of this report to the secretary of state.
