41-1491.37. Superior court enforcement; local fair housing A. The superior court has jurisdiction to enforce a local fair housing ordinance with provisions substantially equivalent to the provisions of federal law and this article. B. An incorporated city or town with a population of three hundred fifty thousand or more persons according to the 1990 United States decennial census that has a fair housing ordinance may file an action in superior court to enforce the ordinance.
