41-1467. Essential job functions Under this article and article 6 of this chapter, in determining what functions of a job are essential, consideration shall be given to the employer's judgment as to what functions of the job are essential, and if the employer has prepared a written description of the job before advertising or interviewing applicants for the job, this written description is evidence of the essential functions of the job.
