41-1281. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Bribe" means any money, goods, right in action, property, thing of value or advantage, present or prospective, asked, offered, given, accepted or promised with a corrupt intent to influence, unlawfully, the person to whom it is given in his action, vote or opinion, in any official capacity.
