41-1181. Endorsement and approval of bills A. Every bill shall, as soon as delivered to the governor, be endorsed as follows: " This bill was received by the governor this _____ day of _______." B. The endorsement shall be signed by the secretary to the governor. When the governor approves a bill he shall sign his name thereto, with the date of approval.
