41-1082. Existing delegation agreements A. By January 1, 1995, each state agency shall compile and make public a list of all delegation agreements that it has entered into with political subdivisions and a list of all subdelegation agreements to the delegation agreements. Upon request and for a reasonable cost, a person may obtain a copy of any delegation agreement on the list. B. By January 1, 1996, each state agency shall amend, if necessary, any delegation agreement entered into prior to the effective date of this article to conform with criteria set forth in section 41-1081, subsection A.
