41-1002.01. Educational programs; enrollment limit prohibited; definition A. An agency may not limit enrollment in any school or educational program of an institution of higher education. B. For the purposes of this section, " agency" has the same meaning prescribed in section 41-1001 but does not include the Arizona board of regents or any community college district board.
