40-339. Refusal of common carrier to receive or carry passenger; classification A person, or any agent or officer of a corporation, doing business as a common carrier of passengers, who knowingly refuses, without just cause or excuse, to receive and entertain a guest, or to receive and carry a passenger, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
