39-205. Proof of publication; filing A. An affidavit by the publisher, or his agent in his behalf, with a copy of the publication thereto attached, stating the name of the paper in which published, the place of publication, the date of each publication, and that the copy thereto attached is a true copy, shall be sufficient proof of publication and primary evidence of all facts stated therein. B. The affidavit shall be filed in the office of the officer or board by whose authority the publication was made.
