38-543. Duty to file financial disclosure statement by candidate for public office A candidate for public office as specified in section 38-541, paragraph 8 shall file a financial disclosure statement covering the preceding twelve month period and containing the information described in section 18-444 on a form prescribed by the secretary of state at the time of filing of nomination papers.
