38-344. Procedure upon accusation of county attorney The same proceedings on the same grounds as provided in this article may be had for removal of the county attorney, except that the accusation shall be delivered to a judge of the superior court of the county, who shall thereupon file the accusation with the clerk of the court and appoint a person to act as prosecuting officer in the matter.
