37-612. Concurrent jurisdiction of the United States over lands acquired for penal purposes; termination of jurisdiction Concurrent jurisdiction over any land in the state heretofore or hereafter acquired by the United States for any of the purposes set forth in section 37-611 and over any public domain in the state reserved or used for penal purposes by the United States is ceded to the United States, but such jurisdiction shall continue no longer than the United States owns or leases the land or continues to reserve or use such public domain for penal purposes.
