37-312.01. Access to and use and enjoyment of private lands Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the reclassification of trust lands as suitable for conservation purposes shall not restrict or unreasonably limit access to or use or enjoyment of private lands. Any lease or sale of land pursuant to this article shall include a condition requiring that permanent access to and use and enjoyment of private lands be allowed.
