36-754. Licensing of midwives; renewal of license A. The director shall grant a midwife's license to a person meeting the qualifications prescribed by this article and rules adopted pursuant to this article and paying applicable fees. B. A license is valid for two years and may be renewed biennially on application to the director and payment of applicable fees. C. A person shall file an application for renewal at least thirty days and no more than sixty days before the expiration date of the current license.
