36-715. Costs; removal; proceedings A. The director or the director's designee may enter into reciprocal agreements with federal agencies, foreign governments, state agencies, Indian tribal governments, political subdivisions and other jurisdictions to facilitate the return of any afflicted person. The expense of this transportation may be paid by the department of economic security out of funds appropriated to it for the purpose of carrying out this article. B. The costs of any proceeding held pursuant to this article shall be charged to the county in which the proceeding is held.
