36-700. Farmers' market nutrition program A. The department shall establish a farmers' market nutrition program and apply to receive federal matching funds under the federal farmers' market nutrition act of 1992. B. To provide the local funds for the farmers' market nutrition program, the department may use monies appropriated for the federal women, infants and children food program.
