36-691. Acceptance of congressional act relating to maternal and child health A. This state accepts the conditions of title V of the social security act, entitled " grants to states for maternal and child welfare" , enacted August 14, 1935, and as amended. B. The department of health services is designated as the state agency to cooperate with the department of health, education and welfare for the administration of part 1 and part 4 of title V, of the social security act.
