36-431. Violation; classification A. A person is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor who: 1. Establishes, operates or maintains any class or subclass of health care institution, as defined in this chapter, unless the person holds a current and valid license for such class or subclass from the department. 2. Knowingly violates any provision of this chapter unless another classification is specifically prescribed in this chapter. B. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
