36-3102. Sexual violence service fund; purpose; exemption A. The sexual violence service fund is established consisting of legislative appropriations, grants and contributions. The program administrator shall administer the fund for the purposes prescribed in this article. Monies in the fund are subject to legislative appropriation and are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations. B. The department, in consultation with the federally designated statewide coalition to end sexual violence, shall establish program priorities for the fund. The department shall spend monies in the fund to provide grants to service providers for victims of sexual violence.
