36-2930.02. Intergovernmental agreements for county behavioral health services fund; purpose The intergovernmental agreements for county behavioral health services fund is established consisting of county monies received by the administration to provide behavioral health services to persons identified through agreements with the counties. The administration shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated.
