36-2854.01. Marijuana products; labeling; packaging (Added with a 1998 Prop. 105 clause pursuant to L21, Ch. 394) Not later than December 31, 2023, any marijuana product packaging labeled for sale shall include a consumer scannable tetrahydrocannabinol quick response code or similar technology linking to a webpage that displays all of the following for the specific marijuana product: 1. The date of harvest of the marijuana. 2. The tetrahydrocannabinol strain of the marijuana. 3. The tetrahydrocannabinol extraction method used to extract the tetrahydrocannabinol from the marijuana. 4. A laboratory report of impurities containing at least heavy metals and agrochemicals. 5. The date of manufacture of the marijuana product. 6. The distribution chain, including at least a point of intended sale. 7. A warning that states, " using marijuana during pregnancy could cause birth defects or other health issues to your unborn child."
