36-211. Income from land rentals and permanent funds In addition to other funds appropriated to its use, any other law notwithstanding, the legislature may appropriate to the use of the state hospital the annual income from land rentals and interest on the investment of the permanent funds arising from the grant of land for insane asylums under the terms of the enabling act of June 20, 1910, and the state constitution. The monies appropriated by this section may be expended as the director directs.
