36-201. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Chief medical officer" means the chief medical officer of the state hospital. 2. " Department" means the department of health services. 3. " Director" means the director of the department of health services. 4. " Employee" means an officer or employee of the state hospital. 5. " State hospital" means Arizona state hospital. 6. " Superintendent" means the superintendent of the state hospital.
