36-1972. Use of title; prohibited acts; violation; classification A. A person who is not licensed pursuant to this article shall not: 1. Use any title, abbreviation, words, letters, signs or figures to indicate that the person is licensed pursuant to this chapter. 2. Practice as an interpreter for the deaf and the hard of hearing. 3. Use another person's license. B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
