36-1940.03. Temporary licenses A. The department shall issue a temporary license to a person who does not meet the professional experience requirement of section 36-1940.01 if the applicant meets the other requirements of that section and: 1. Includes with the application a plan for meeting the postgraduate professional experience. 2. Submits a fee prescribed by section 36-1908. B. A person may renew a temporary license only once. C. A person issued a temporary license shall practice only under the supervision of a person who is fully licensed by this state.
