36-181. Definitions In this article " a local full-time public health service" means a full-time service utilizing local, state, federal and other funds, or any combination thereof, employing qualified personnel working under the direction and supervision of a qualified director appointed by the county board of supervisors and conducted in conformity with the rules, regulations and policies of the department of health services.
