36-1801. Definitions (Rpld. 7/1/27) In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Administration" means the Arizona health care cost containment system administration. 2. " Assisted living center" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401. 3. " Assisted living facility" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401. 4. " Department" means the department of health services. 5. " Director" means the director of the department. 6. " Health care institution" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401. 7. " Nursing care institution" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401.
