35-119. Assistance to appropriation committees From the time of transmission of the budget report to the legislature until the appropriation act or acts have been finally disposed of, the director of the governor's office of strategic planning and budgeting, in person or by an assistant, shall be available to the legislature and the appropriation committees thereof for explanation of any recommendation made in the governor's budget report to the legislature.
