34-256. Persons convicted; service prohibition A person is not eligible to serve as registrar of contractors or as a member of the contractors' recovery fund board who was convicted of a crime involving one of the following: 1. A contract, combination, conspiracy or other act in restraint of trade in the courts of this state in violation of section 34-252 or title 44, chapter 10, article 1, or similar charges in any federal court or a court in any other state. 2. Bribery in the courts of this state, or similar charges in any federal court or a court in any other state.
