34-246. Violations; classification An officer of the state or political subdivision thereof or a person acting under or for such officer, or a contractor or subcontractor of the state or political subdivision thereof, or any other person violating any provision of this article or sections 34-301, 34-302 or 38-481, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
