33-907. Enforcement of judgment In a civil action filed pursuant to this article, the judgment shall be given in favor of each person having a lien for the amount due him. The court shall order any property subject to the lien sold, either before or at the time judgment is given, by the sheriff as personal property is sold on execution, and shall apportion the proceeds of the sale for payment of the pro rata share of each judgment.
