32-4601. Art therapists; title; violation A. A person may not assume or use the title or designation of " art therapist" unless the person holds an active national registration in art therapy with the art therapy credentials board. B. A violation of this section constitutes an unlawful practice under section 44-1522. The attorney general may investigate and take appropriate action as prescribed by title 44, chapter 10, article 7.
