32-3634. Prohibition against discrimination If appraisal users require specific appraiser qualifications or experience for certain transactions necessary to carry out or to meet the responsibilities of the appraisal user, these requirements shall be related to the special skills that are required of an individual in connection with the specific appraisal assignment and shall not exclude an appraiser for consideration for such assignment solely by membership or lack of membership in any particular professional appraisal organization or association.
