32-3555. Hearings and investigations; subpoenas; representation A. The board may issue subpoenas to compel attendance of witnesses and the production of documents and administer oaths, take testimony, hear offers of proof and receive exhibits in evidence in connection with a board investigation or hearing. If a board subpoena is disobeyed, the board may invoke the aid of any court in this state in requiring the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of documentary evidence. B. A person appearing before the board may be represented by counsel.
