32-3276. Notice of address and telephone number changes; penalties A. A licensee must provide the board with the licensee's current home address and telephone number and office address and telephone number and promptly and in writing inform the board of any change in this information. B. The board may assess the costs it incurs in locating a licensee and impose a penalty of not to exceed one hundred dollars against a licensee who does not notify the board pursuant to subsection A of this section within thirty days after the change of address or telephone number.
