32-3242. Subpoenas from member boards or courts in member states (Conditionally Rpld.) A subpoena issued pursuant to section 32-3241, section 9 for the attendance and testimony of witnesses or the production of evidence from this state shall be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction in this state according to that court's practice and procedure in considering subpoenas issued in the court's own proceedings.
