32-3232. Supervision Only a health professional, who has prescribing authority and who is acting within the health professional's scope of practice, may administer or supervise another health professional, who is acting within the health professional's scope of practice, in the administration of prescription medication or a prescription-only device for a cosmetic purpose pursuant to this article, whether by injection or any other means, to a patient.
