32-3108. Grievance process; public testimony Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a regulatory entity shall allow a person or a representative of a person who has made a complaint or a person or a representative of a person against whom a complaint has been made attending a board disciplinary meeting open to the public to address the board on that complaint on the agenda by filling out a request form before or at the time of the meeting.
